Signing up to The Floor and having a creator or supporter page is completely free.

We only take a small commission from Creator Memberships at a very competitive rate of 7%

We take 50p+1% on ticket sales

Comissions are deducted from the income for Creators. Supporters will not see the commission. 

Payments on The Floor are powered by Stripe. They take an additional fee of up to 2.9% + 20p on each transaction, depending on the customer’s card type. Click here to learn more about stripe. 

Creators can also receive voluntary donations from members of The Floor community. The Floor take no commission from donations, however, Stripe take their fee of up to 2.9% + 20p on each transaction, depending on the customer’s card type.
