I'm not receiving emails from a Creator I support

This article will cover any issues you may be experiencing with receiving updates from Creators you follow or subscribe to.  It may also provide assistance for other Floor emails that you think you're not receiving.

There are a few things you can do to help ensure you receive emails from The Floor:

 

Have you turned on Creator Updates in your preferences?

The most important thing is to ensure you have turned on the 'Creator Updates' setting in your Notification Preferences.  If it's off, these emails will never be sent to you on purpose. 

You can make sure you have properly turned on the setting in My Account > Notifications

Have you checked your spam / junk folder?

We've all done it!  Sometimes, we've received an email but our email provider has flagged it as spam.  Just to be sure, its good to check your spam or junk folder to see if our emails have ended up there. 

If you're continually getting Floor emails sent to your spam folder, you can add our email address to your address book so that your email provider recognises us.

Step 1: Add team@thefloor.com to your address book

 

Have you checked with your email provider?

If none of the above solutions help, it may be that there is a problem with your email provider.  In this case, it's always best to check with them to make sure there are no service issues their end.

You can also check if your account has any advanced anti-spam services running - these create more complex rules for emails to get sorted into your inbox.
