How Do I Cancel my Membership with a Creator?

Finding your Active Memberships

A list of all your active memberships can be found in your account. To find these:

Step 1: Log into The Floor

Step 2: Open the Main Menu by clicking on your profile picture in the top right of the screen.

Step 3: Click on 'Support Overview'. This will open a page containing all your active memberships as well as your past donations and Creators you follow.

Cancelling your Membership

To cancel a membership, choose it from the list and click on the 3 Dots icon in the top right to open the mini menu. Click the cancel option.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my Membership?

You can't do this currently, but it is in our roadmap. In the meantime, you can simply cancel your current membership and re-subscribe to the other.
